About the Founder and Principal
Dr. Shantelle K. Jenkins, is a Georgetown University trained executive leadership coach. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, she coaches executives from startups to Fortune 100 companies and specializes in transformational leadership. Her coaching journey has been informed through her 20 year career in higher education and more recently as a board member. She sits on two nonprofit boards and mentors undergraduate students.
Originally from Philadelphia, Shantelle earned a BA in public affairs journalism from The Ohio State University, and later a Master of Science and MBA in human resource management. Dr. Jenkins completed her doctoral degree in educational leadership at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds certificates in nonprofit management and leadership coaching. Dr. Jenkins is a full-time faculty member at Ohio University.
